Component 4: Virtual Leadership Institute

1200 practicing principals, school leaders, and leadership teams will participate year-round in 20 Virtual Leadership Institutes for improvement and instructional-capacity building for high-needs schools. Participants will receive micro-credentials offered via the State of Texas as well as professional development certificates.
Participants will receive CEUs upon completion in the areas of:

  • Virtual Professional Learning Communities
  • Virtual Mentoring and Coaching of Leaders and Teachers
  • Virtual Peer Coaching
  • Virtual Family Engagement
  • Critical Dialogues
  • Online Teaching and Learning
  • Social and Emotional learning During COVID-19
  • Turn-around Schools
  • Data Meetings
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Special Population Teaching and Learning
  • Strategic Planning
  • Virtual Admissions, Reviews, Dismissals
